This process couldn't have been easier, all thanks to Marie. We were connected with her from our bank, so we new she had to be highly rated to earn that. She considered all needs and all of our wants. She was thorough and transparent through the search process. When we found the perfect house, but we had a slight problem. We were on the other side of the country. Marie to the rescue! She did a video walk through for us and she connected with the selling realtor, someone she knows well because Marie had a great reputation. Marie negotiated a Due Diligence clause so that we could put in an offer and still have time to see it for ourselves. It truly was perfect. Marie and her team helped us coordinate all closing items, including the Power of Attorney that we needed to close from another state. Job well done... but was it done? We didn't realize something we ordered was going to ship early and it arrived a week before we could be there. Marie went to the house and moved it inside for us! She truly wants her clients to be happy, even after the sale has closed. What a great brand ambassador for the Charleston area and what a great person to know personally!

Marie is great. We were house hunting from a distant she worked vigorously to continue to find houses for us to consider. After a four-month search, she found the one we now call home.

As first-time home buyers, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Marie. She made the entire process feel easy and seamless from start to finish.
