Marie was amazing! She was always so great at getting back to me as quickly as possible, and answering all my questions thoroughly. If she didn't know the answer she would find it. She made the process of selling my house so much easier. Being that it was my first time, I was very lost and stressed and she just made it 100 times better and stress free. I would recommend her to anyone I know!

Being military and not living in SC anymore, I needed a realtor I could trust to sell my rental property. Marie was absolutely the best choice for the job. Not only was she professional, she was super responsive via text and email and was able to sell my home super fast without me having to travel back to SC. There were a couple of obstacles that presented themselves through the process, but Marie was on top of them ASAP and ensured I sold my home at what it was worth. She guided me through the process and gave me alternative thoughts to every situation so I made informed decisions. If you need to sell your home, Marie is the best around!

Marie was a pleasure to work with! She guided us through the process of selling our first house. She was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!). Marie was very responsive to our emails, texts and calls. She provided us with her professional expertise and was very honest with us. I highly recommend her!

From the very first phone call I had with Marie, I knew she was the wanted I want to help me find a house in SC. While we never met until November 2022 when we looked at 9 houses in one day to doing the final walk thru before closing this week, she made everything effortless. After just meeting her for the first time in November, I knew that I would be more than a client. She was amazing especially for anyone buying something from out of state. She calmed me down on days that I thought things would be the worst and she hyped me up for the closing. While our work is still not done, I know I can rely on her for anything. Thank you Marie for making this the most enjoyable thing that has happened in a long time and I can't wait to have you show me more of Charleston other than houses.
