Luzi Ratliff is bilingual and she was able to translate for me during the whole real estate transaction and during closing. She was very thorough and diligent. She was able to provide me assistance with the survey and the appraisal. I ended up making the best purchase of my life, thanks to her witty real estate experience with comparative market analysis and lending experience. My family had such a wonderful experience with Mrs. Ratcliff, she really went above and beyond to make our homeownership dreams come true. She is an excellent real estate agent and negotiator. We found the home we love and there were no surprises at any point. We are still in our forever home a year later. I highly recommend Luzi, she's amazing and knowledgeable.
