Nancy was absolutely fantastic to work with! She’s so responsive and knowledgeable. She really listened to what aspects I was looking for in a home and made sure I found a house I loved. Nancy was a pleasure to work with. I inherited my mother’s house in Ocean Springs. The house needed some repairs before it would be ready to sell. I live in Texas, so it would have been difficult for me to find and work with local contractors. Nancy went above and beyond. She handled everything to get the house ready to sell, and the pictures looked fantastic. Nancy’s asking price was higher than other agents had suggested, but we received an offer for the full asking price in less than 24 hours. I would absolutely choose to work with her again in the future.
