Nancy was a pleasure to work with. I inherited my mother’s house in Ocean Springs. The house needed some repairs before it would be ready to sell. I live in Texas, so it would have been difficult for me to find and work with local contractors. Nancy went above and beyond. She handled everything to get the house ready to sell, and the pictures looked fantastic. Nancy’s asking price was higher than other agents had suggested, but we received an offer for the full asking price in less than 24 hours. I would absolutely choose to work with her again in the future.

I thought I had a good understanding of the real estate market in Long Beach and had arrived at what I thought was a maximum sell price for our property. Nancy had a price in mind that was considerably higher than mine and I was convinced her price was unreasonably high. She ultimately convinced me to list at her number and she had photos taken and the home was listed online. We had two offers in under 24 hours and after some delicate negotiating on Nancy's part, we ended up with a contract over asking! Had I used another agent, my asking price may have been used and tens of thousands of dollars would have been left on the table. If you want top dollar for your property and professional representation, Nancy is your choice!

Nancy is amazing. She helped us buy and then sell our house in Gulfport. We were living out of state and decided to build. We needed an interim property during the process. Nancy did an outstanding job in helping us secure the perfect property to meet our needs in a highly sought out location. When it was time to sell, she did an outstanding job in pricing, marketing and negotiating. Could not have done this process without her.
