I would with zero hesitation recommend Melanie as a relator to anyone in the Boston area. As first time homebuyers, she made the overwhelming process in a very tough market easy for us. We have been looking for quite a long time, and Melanie was extremely patient throughout the process, coming with us to showings, learning our preferences, and conferencing after each open house as we spent months and months looking.
