We could not have been happier with Gene! We were first-time home buyers, and the process was overwhelming and confusing at times, but Gene walked us through each step along the way. He was patient and responsive to all of our communication. No question was too simple or too complicated, and we had a lot of questions! We had complete confidence and trust in him. When we were finally ready to put in an offer, with his help our first one was accepted! We are thrilled to be moving into our dream home and would not have done it without his guidance.

We worked with Gene Hashkes to purchase our first home in 2018 and were thrilled with his expertise and professionalism. He supported us through the first-time home buyer experience. We were wary of the challenging 2023 market, but Gene helped us sell and purchase under a quick timeline and with some unique and specific needs. We recently purchased our second home with Gene and I wouldn't use anyone else. We not only got our first choice home but we got it for 40k UNDER asking price thanks to Gene's expert negotiating. He really does make the process extremely smooth for how many moving parts there are when buying a new home. Gene is extremely detail oriented and made sure that every step of the process was completed on time. In such a wild housing market I can't stress enough how important it is to have the right realtor and Gene Hashkes is without a doubt the best you will find.
