Matt is amazing. He worked through the process of getting our house ready for the market by giving valuable insights in how to best increase the value of our house as well as provide great tips on helping it attract a wide variety of buyers. He was hands on throughout the entire process. He went way above and beyond what an agent would do. He made multiple visits to the home, brought in countless reliable contractors, and always had an open line of communication. It was very refreshing. The level of personal and professionalism was defiantly rewarded by getting a full priced offer in less than 24 hours on the market. This was mostly due to Matt's large industry connections and countless contacts throughout the Willamette Valley. He had lined up showings, open houses and potential buyers prior to going live, and boom... we were set up for the perfect close.
