I cannot sing the praises of Fox Real Estate Group & their STELLAR agent, Ellory Sage enough. We came to Ellory with quite the task, finding a multi-generational home that checked boxes applicable across the age span from new families to retiring parents. And she absolutely delivered. She was so patient & cognizant of our needs; pointing out things in showings that we had not thought of. In one of our earliest showings, we found a home that checked most boxes and when she asked us our thoughts, we explained we loved "x, y components, but z was okay; we could work around it". Ellory's response was, "We don't want it to just be okay. We will find your home that you love!" Her thoroughness and attention to detail are unmatched. She was so respectful of our needs and supportive of our desires which further solidified that we had definitely made the right choice in trusting her and her team to guide us through this process. Sean was an excellent agent - knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with. I was not ready to buy right away and Sean was patient but still attentive. When I found my home he put together the successful offer quickly. Highly recommend Sean.

Ben did a wonderful job getting our offer in and accepted, and went a step further and got some additional terms added to said offer. Im glad I was on the home purchasing end of Ben's skillset. He is skilled, and it showed. Thank you sir, I see you in a decade when I am ready to move again. Matt
