The journey of selling my home with Erin and Emma was nothing less than wonderful, every step of the way! I had been considering selling my home for a couple of years. After casually chatting with Emma at an open house, she mentioned that Erin had helped others process through this life-changing decision. A month later, I reached out to her. She HEARD me and gave me some very good things to think about. Talking to Erin was the best thing for me. She reassured me that she would be there for me if I decided to sell or needed any other support with absolutely NO PRESSURE. I felt safe and trusted her expertise with genuine care for me and my situation. Once I decided to sell, she and Emma were the most responsive, professional and supportive team I have ever experienced. Both Erin and I were out of the country during much of the initial process of getting my house ready to put on the market. It was amazing how fast she and Emma responded to me via text...within seconds or minutes, they were there! I followed Erin's lead and recommendations for preparing the house to sell. The two of them were on top of everything and the process was seamless. The marketing efforts were highly organized and very tastefully executed, starting with a Friday Happy Hour Open. The house sold within days. When it came to the business end of things, Erin was very knowledgeable and confident in how to deal with "unexpected surprises". Again, following her lead, all went smoothly and escrow closed on time. I can't say enough about Erin Rothrock and her entire team! Not only are they incredibly professional and experienced, but they are also wonderful humans!! Next home I buy or sell, they will absolutely be on my team!!

Almost 20 years ago, Erin helped me buy my very first home. I was young, single and making around $65,000 a year. When I found my dream - a tiny 2-bedroom cottage in northeast, she coached me on how to take a picture of myself and my dog (a boxer) and write a "Love letter" to the house. It worked and somehow, with so-so credit, and very little money, I managed to get the house. Fast-forward to 2024. The house was rented out and I was out of state. Erin took care of everything - from repainting the house, yanking out the bamboo in the garden which had become a major issue, redoing the countertops and staging it so that it was as cute as a button. We got more offers than I can count. I curled up under the covers on the day my little house sold - it all felt very emotional because this was indeed my first "big girl" purchase. But Erin was just so trustworthy - so wise. I trust her completely. And her teammate Diana Short was such a steadying presence for me. I am indebted to both of them.

Erin helped us locate and purchase a house in Portland in April of 2024. We've worked with a number of realtors over the years and many have been excellent, but Erin and her team are better than that; they are extraordinary! We were buying in a strange market, with high interest rates and a lot of buyers and sellers walking around with unrealistic expectations still rooted in past market conditions. Erin and her team helped us navigate the choices, helped us formulate a good strategy based on our situation, and acted swiftly and accurately when we found the house that we wanted to make an offer on. We encountered a few issues in the purchase, with some of them being moderate complexity and difficulty and Erin smoothly guided us through all of those things. Her efforts even resulted in us ending up better than we had hoped. She's warm, tough, poised and knows how to get things done. Truly, we would not have succeeded in overcoming the issues our deal had without her. We are grateful for Erin and her team's expertise, depth of experience and personal qualities. She's the best!

Erin and her husband Aaron were the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Our deal was not simple and Erin guided us every step of the way, negotiated super fairly and well. She got us to the end in a vary rapid manner all the while making us feel like we were her only clients, special, cared for. Erin’s knowledge of her trade shows in every way she helps buyers understand their liabilities, options, and trade offs. She is never pushy, always supportive and with a big smile even in the face of stressful moments. She will fight for you until the end. We were very pleased and will have her sell our homes now. Big thank you to her and her husband Aaron who works behind the scenes but helps it all come together.

Erin is fantastic. She helped us buy our dream home at a favorable price. She was knowledgeable, supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. She works with a great team who made the whole process as seamless as could be. She arranged all the necessary inspections and obtained bids for necessary repairs/improvements without us having to worry about a thing. Buying a house can be stressful, Erin and her team did all the heavy lifting. We knew we could trust her to take care of the entire process. We will definitely use her services again should we ever need to.
