Buying a historical home in the coveted Irvington neighborhood is basically a competitive sport — and Erin was our MVP. My husband and I are both in sales, so we know good communication when we see it… and Erin operates at an elite level. Clear, fast, direct, and somehow still kind even when we were spiraling over every “what if.” We’d been trying to buy in 97212 for two years (yes, years) and kept getting outbid. Then Erin stepped in. We found the house, and she’s the reason we actually got it. Her knowledge of this neighborhood’s micro-market is unreal — she knows every block, every quirk, and exactly what it takes to win here.
