I have completed three real estate transactions with Erin Rothrock and her team. Erin is a skilled negotiator. She is personally invested in helping her clients find the home that is right for them. Erin and her team always do what they say they are going to. Their prompt reminders helped keep all of my transactions on track. Erin is realistic and knowledgeable when she talks about the real estate market and home value. That really helped me make big decisions with confidence. I worked with Emma, one of Erin’s associates, and enjoyed that time very much. Emma has a kind and gentle way about her, but she also gives a straight answer when asked a tough question. Erin has a fabulous sense of style. She guided me in the remodel of a home that I recently bought. She also knows all the best contractors to work with. Having Erin on my side increased the quality and ease of my remodel. There is no one I would trust more to help me buy or sell a home in Portland. Team Erin Rothrock is the absolute best.

Working with Erin Rothrock and her assistant Emma Kemp was, as Chandler Bing would say, perfection. Erin spent a lot of time learning what we were looking for in a home, and understanding us as people, and the homes she lined up for us were amazing. She and Emma guided us every step of the way with sound advice, and once we decided to make an offer and begin the purchase proces, Erin was our champion. During the inspection contingency period she was our guide, and ensured that we got to closing with a minimum of fuss, but with every possible issue identified and addressed. I cannot recommend Erin (and Emma) highly enough, and will in fact be recommending them to as many of our friends as possible! If you are looking to buy a home in Portland, look no further: Erin Rothrock has your back!

The journey of selling my home with Erin and Emma was nothing less than wonderful, every step of the way! I had been considering selling my home for a couple of years. After casually chatting with Emma at an open house, she mentioned that Erin had helped others process through this life-changing decision. A month later, I reached out to her. She HEARD me and gave me some very good things to think about. Talking to Erin was the best thing for me. She reassured me that she would be there for me if I decided to sell or needed any other support with absolutely NO PRESSURE. I felt safe and trusted her expertise with genuine care for me and my situation. Once I decided to sell, she and Emma were the most responsive, professional and supportive team I have ever experienced. Both Erin and I were out of the country during much of the initial process of getting my house ready to put on the market. It was amazing how fast she and Emma responded to me via text...within seconds or minutes, they were there! I followed Erin's lead and recommendations for preparing the house to sell. The two of them were on top of everything and the process was seamless. The marketing efforts were highly organized and very tastefully executed, starting with a Friday Happy Hour Open. The house sold within days. When it came to the business end of things, Erin was very knowledgeable and confident in how to deal with "unexpected surprises". Again, following her lead, all went smoothly and escrow closed on time. I can't say enough about Erin Rothrock and her entire team!
