Erin had a plan from the start. She jumped in to get my house ready in ways that no one else would. She has a team that is responsive and so helpful. She hit the sales price target dead on. She prepared me for what was coming on the market that I would be competing against. When choosing a Realtor, I knew that experience would make a huge difference. In Portland, most of the houses are older and charming, which also goes hand in hand with potential repair problems. I knew I needed someone who has seen it all, keeps her cool in negotiations, has knowledge of the area, and has access to good contractors. Erin and her team worked for us. I am so grateful to them for the outcome. Selling isn't easy, and sometimes that is just how it goes, but she helped us get through the challenges and stress like a total champ. Thank you!

Our wonderful real estate agent was on Erin's team, and Erin was an excellent resource as well. We were buying from out of town and her local knowledge and experience was a helpful asset. We really liked the we felt the whole team was a resource. The day we ended up seeing the home we would buy, everything happened very last minute but Erin went to the effort to show us the property and advised skillfully on how to approach negotiations. I credit her long experience with placing us in such a good position, and found her team, particularly Emma Kemp, to be a wonderful and honest group who truly advocate for their clients and provide and warm and supportive environment.

We recently partnered with Erin and team on executing a home sale. Erin and her expert team know Portland, provided outstanding and specific advice on which actions are required to maximize our home's value in the market, and provided outstanding communications and support during our transaction. Erin's team facilitated an incredibly high-velocity selling process for our house. I am always confident in Erin's ability to represent us as sellers (or as buyers, which we have partnered with Erin to do as well) while providing us the no-nonsense advice required when complications inevitably arise. Erin and Heidi are absolute Rockstars! I was in an extremely difficult situation and I truly believe she and her team were the reason we were able to get my house sold. They went above and beyond to ensure the best possible out come and this only scratches the surface. I would recommend them 100% and will never buy a home without her help!
