The short version: Jeremy is an incredible agent, shockingly easy to work with, and we wouldn't hesitate for an instant to work with him again. The long version: We moved from Phoenix, AZ to Portland, and we spent several months in an Airbnb during the winter months watching and waiting for the right property to appear. We've been moving around a lot the past several years, and we were finally ready for a long-term, decades-long place to call home. Jeremy was recommended to us by a fantastic realtor in Phoenix we had worked with previously. Even though we were very picky, Jeremy helped us find and purchase a home that's perfect for us. Jeremy was incredibly easy to work with. He did a great job managing the entire process, answered a ton of questions, and stayed on top of every detail. He was incredibly responsive, never left us hanging, and was patient and meticulous over our protracted home search during the off-season. Of particular note: Jeremy is very knowledgeable, but he also wasn't afraid to say, "I don't know." If he didn't know something he'd say so, find the answer, and get back to us. The whole process was much less stressful because we knew we were always getting correct and accurate information from him, never a guess or something that might need to be corrected later. When looking at properties, he pointed out several important things, both pros and cons, in order to help us find the right place to live. We never once felt rushed, or felt like we ere a burden to him. He was always both willing and eager to help us with every aspect of what will probably be the single biggest purchase we ever make. After we found the right property, Jeremy handled some tricky negotiations regarding some inconsistencies between the listing details and the actual state of the home. We ended up getting both the concessions and closing date we wanted, which was an amazing feat. You simply can't go wrong with Jeremy as your agent.

We worked with Jeremy at Lovejoy for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. On both fronts he was a great professional ally and helped us navigate everything to perfection. On the buying side he went out with us countless times to dozens of properties until we found our perfect match. He even helped us navigate a tricky situation where we had to cancel a deal due to a finding on inspection. On the selling side he was great with the photos, the listing, and hosting tons of open houses until we found a buyer.
