I had a difficult property with frat house rental tenants that needed to be gracefully negotiated. She carefully staged and photographed the occupied home. The home needed many improvements. After finding a potential buyer, when she found the hired contractors gave inaccurate job bids (timing, extent, price), she replaced all the contractors mid-sale to get the work done correctly and on time. She worked well with the tenants, property manager, buyers, and myself, keeping us all in the loop about the process. She made this complex process as seamless as possible for all involved. I wasn’t sure if I would get what I wanted from selling my house, so I engaged with Shayda from Lovejoy realty. From the beginning she was on top of everything. Most of my questions were answered without me having to ask. She did a market analysis to give an estimate on what my house might go for. She and her team staged my house in away to make it more attractive for the buyer. Not only did I get my selling price. The house sold in a single day. I highly recommend Shayda and Lovejoy realty. They go the distance.

Randy Towne and the Lovejoy team did a phenomenal job in helping me find a duplex. I was downsizing from my home of 40 years in a different state, but needed room for my baby grand piano and Randy made it work! Randy was professional and super helpful making this long distance purchase possible. His communication skills were excellent and provided many resources to me as a new resident in a new state. Even though the duplex is purchased, Randy keeps in touch and just checks in every once in a while to see how I am doing. He has gone over and above. I so appreciate Randy and the Lovejoy team – I highly recommend Randy and the team to anyone buying or selling the property!

We cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough! As first time homebuyers having his expertise and honesty was invaluable. He consistently pointed out crucial details during tours that we, without his experience, would have easily overlooked. Throughout the months long search, Jeremy was incredibly patient and it never felt like we were pressured into a decision. He truly allowed us to take our time to find what we considered the perfect home. When it came to closing, Jeremy did a great job facilitating the hat we considered a favorable deal.
