Jeremy was our DREAM realtor. He was so attentive, willing to give us so much of his time, and knowledgeable on all the important pieces to help us land our forever home. We were buying from out of town, and Jeremy went above and beyond to find us properties that fit what we were looking for and even went and toured homes on our behalf so we could get a head start. Once we found our dream home, we made it happen FAST thanks to Jeremy's expert knowledge around bargaining tools, and this helping us close in just TWO weeks. We truly did NOT think this was possible, but Jeremy did, and we will be forever grateful for that. His ability to build relationship both with us, and with the seller's agent is asset that cannot be understated. We firmly believe if it wasn't Jeremy who we selected as our realtor that we would not have won the bidding battle for our home. We would (and already have!!) I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jeremy! I discovered him on Instagram and was immediately impressed by his expertise on Portland. When I reached out, he was quick to meet up and really took the time to understand what kind of home and location would suit me best. Jeremy is not only super knowledgeable, but he also works really fast to set up viewings and answer all my countless questions. He was so helpful throughout the entire process!
