Greg did a great job helping us buy a home in a highly competitive market. He showed us house after house until we finally found the one, and was always highly responsive. As first time homebuyers, we completely relied on Greg's knowledge when it came to the condition of the different systems in the home, like the heater, piping, electrical, etc. Couldn't have done it without him!

Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Chris made sure we understood the process and were well informed the entire time. We moved out of state before the house was listed. The house was empty. The professional pictures that were taken with virtual staging, brought the house to life and showed the space’s potential. Great aerials showing the location of the house/lot in conjunction of the neighborhood and surrounding area. Our house was listed on a Thursday and Chris was showing that evening and through the weekend. Due to the hard freeze in mid January, we had an unexpected major repair needing to be fixed, and Chris got the ball rolling by contacting a local leak detection company and plumber to start the repair process. He even stayed late at the house helping the first plumber on the job. After the repair was finalized, the rest of the process was smooth sailing. As mentioned before, Chris kept us informed the entire time and was professional and insightful during negotiations. We were never left wondering what needed to happen next or where we were in the process. All in all, a great experience - thank you Chris!
