Don’t take this lightly when I say that Audrey truly is the best real estate agent you will ever work with. I can’t stress enough how far above and beyond she went for my family during the sale of our home. We lived out of state, yet she was always there—checking on the house, handling miscellaneous fixes, and making sure everything looked absolutely perfect. Eric did an outstanding job helping us purchase a house. He was very responsive had great local knowledge and was always willing to give advice. He was sensitive to the fact that I was a first time homebuyer and walk me through each step of the process. I cannot recommend his services enough. He is kind, courteous eligible, and has great instincts when negotiating I will be referring him to any friends that need to purchase a home in the future.
