 We lucked out with Realtor Lynn Wise helping us with 2 recent quick property sales in South Austin, very responsive and flexible. Very patient with us, advised us, but let us make our own decisions. Looking forward to her help again on the next one soon. *UPDATE* Lynn had previously helped our small business sell 2 properties, for which we reviewed her performance 6/20/2025. She has since helped us sell a third South Austin property in a falling market. The best word is "dedicated". She kept us informed, and she never told us anything that didn't turn out "100". We give her good marks for local knowledge of our market, the paper work all got done in correct order, and she answered in person whenever we called. Mainly, we give her all the credit for not sugar coating a difficult sale, which is what we needed, not a lot of promises not kept. Tough market, but she was right there for us.

Lynn was a phenomenal help when going through my first time buying a home this past month and a half. Answered any questions I had and gave me helpful advice with getting lenders as well. What I initially thought was going to be a very stressful process went as smooth as possible with Lynn's help. Couldn't recommend her enough if you are looking to buy/sell a home in the Austin Metro area.

By home remotely is especially challenging and luckily we found Lynn Wise with Bramlett as a trusted advisor to help us. Although we did visit in-person once most of our shopping including the purchase of our primary residence was done completely remotely. Lynn took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and provided detailed video tours with expert feedback on the property, neighborhood, and her insights as it related to our stated buying goals for numerous properties. We've now successfully relocated to the Austin area thanks to her assistance and love our new home.
