Lyles was wonderful to work with and a very knowledgeable resource throughout the process. He has an acute awareness of the local market and realtor community and has a keen eye for development/renovation opportunities. He went far above what was expected with outreach to off market properties. When we found the right one, he provided timely and decisive guidance to help get us the property of our dreams at the right price. Lyles and his team calmly navigated us through the closing process as well. He and his team were great communicators and were always available. We could not be happier. Thank you Lyles!

Working with Lyles and his team has been an incredible experience. He is highly professional and fantastic to work with. He is remarkably knowledgable about the Charleston area, and he conducts business with the utmost integrity, which is refreshing in the world of real estate. We have been working with Lyles for about 5 years, and this was our family's fourth home purchase with him. He always makes the process seamless, and he has never steered us wrong. Lyles grew up in Charleston in a family that breathes real estate, so he knows what he is doing. From valuation to strategy to follow up, Lyles was the consummate professional in my dealings with him. In addition, he is simply one of the nicest people that I have met in Charleston, and that is saying a lot, as Charleston prides itself on "niceness". I've now worked with a few brokers in Charleston, and I won't need to experiment with anymore in the future. Lyles is it.

We had an excellent experience with Lyles from start to finish.We began exploring real estate about a year ago in downtown Charleston while still living in Massachusetts. I was finally coming back after many years in New England and I wanted to find the perfect home. Lyles came highly recommended to me by several of my local friends. He grew up downtown and knows it like the back of his hand. We looked at a variety of properties and through each one I would explain to Lyles what I liked and didn't like about the home. He always listened attentively and was quick to answer any concerns, such questions about flooding or other local specifics. He also educated us throughout the process which helped us to figure out our priorities. My husband and I were in search of a home with the architectural detail and charm that embodies the classic Charleston single house. Through the process we felt like Lyles very adeptly assimilated our preferences to guide us to the right home. Most importantly, we not only enjoyed his company but completely trusted him to be honest with us. He will be at the top of the list to invite to our first garden party!
