Working with Janssen was such a great experience! I changed my mind more than a few times throughout the home search, but he was always patient and kept showing me places until we found the right one. Sarah Burnette helped me to buy the new house and to sell my old house. Working with Sarah was awesome! Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire buying/selling process smooth and stress-free. Sarah were always available to answer questions, offered honest advice, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Janssen and his team were a pleasant surprise in a world of much talk and little action. Janssen showed us that there are still people out there that can be trusted and their word counts. We have now found someone that we can count on if we ever have real estate needs, but if we wont ever need to buy or sell again, we at least have someone that we can now call a friend. From the first few exchanges to the last minute, Janssen was nothing but a pro. But a pro with heart, empathy, knowledge of the business and more.
