Working with Lori and the McGuire Team to sell my parents’ home in Laguna Hills, the house I also grew up in, was such a positive experience. From start to finish, they were in constant communication and kept me informed every step of the way. The team went above and beyond by coordinating with vendors and obtaining estimates for needed work, which made a potentially stressful process feel so much more manageable. Sonia provided me options during the interview process that no other Realtors had provided. They connected me with the right company to stage the home and ultimately we sold the condo at a price that was fair and and better than what other properties were selling for. Michelle was the listing broker. We found the home on Zillow and attended an open house. Michelle was open and transparent about the home and the recent updates and improvements to the home during the open house. The professional sales brochure was presented to us at the open house. The brochure featured a well staged and photographed environment that added to the incentive to make the purchase. We approached Michelle to represent us as buyers if she was comfortable having a dual representation role. Michelle agreed and we proceeded moving forward towards the purchase. Michelle's solid knowledge about the community and comp sales provided us with the information so that we were able to make a reasonable and solid offer to the sellers, that she also represented. Michelle handled the negotiations with ease and professionalism covering all aspects of the purchase process. She worked well with escrow. She attended and supervised the inspection. What impressed us was her follow up after the close of escrow where she was present when the staging was removed to insure the home was not damaged. Michelle is good in returning calls and texts regarding the escrow and closing. We will certainly recommend Michelle and her team to anyone looking to purchase or list their home.
