Truly exceptional experience through and through. Even after encountering escrow issues entirely out of our control, Michela was able to help us navigate the entire process with ease. Lorenza and Michela did an outstanding job working with my family and I in the sale of our rental home, from the very beginning they were full of ideas and suggestions on how to make the home more enticing for potential buyers. With their help we were able to transform the house into a desirable home and generated a lot of interest. They were wonderful at communicating with us, providing us updates and timelines, managing viewings, negotiating with buyers and keeping us updated on the status of the sale. We faced a couple of hiccups along the way, but they always remained positive and kept moving forward and in the end it all paid off! I would absolutely recommend Michela and Lorenza for anyone looking for an agent(s) that goes above and beyond from beginning until the end, I will miss working with them but will absolutely use them in the future for any of my real estate needs.
