Selling your home only occurs a few times in your lifetime, and has now become a very intricate process. Lorenza and Jerome did a tremendous job of guiding us with valuable insights and advice. Our place was 1,439sf and over 40 years old, requiring a complete renovation from gutting the entire kitchen and bathrooms to all new windows, flooring and painting. Lorenza brought in experts with great suggestions, at good prices, and completed the remodel within three weeks. In what is considered a “tough market” they got the job done and sold our place at a good price! Truly a value added experience!

I especially like how professional she is. She represented me well to all potential buyers. I always felt she was trying to do what was best for me. Her negotiating skills are excellent.
