Lisa was of great help to us in finding a home. She did not waste our time. She learned exactly what we are looking for and showed us a house that was perfect without wasting our time. She was very professional and prompt in her response to all the questions we had and was keen to take us again to the unit a few times to look at anything we want. Kevin as part of Her team was great and called to ensure we remember all the deadlines and any process we have to start. She ensured following up on all the little details until we were all settled in our new home. She is honest professional and hardworking. She is our agent for life!

Lisa Richardson herself managed my property personally when I had it leased for 5 years. She managed the tenants, maintenance, and repairs while I was out of the country. Once I returned to the U.S. she continued to provide the same services until I decided to place the property on the market where it sold in less than 6 months. Based on the market at this time, I received top dollar for my property. She performed a market survey and worked with me to develop the pricing structure. The transaction was a success. Lisa Richardson is a hard working, straight talking, fair, and relentless agent. I highly recommend working with her.

Will not deal with Lisa again. She is arrogant, condescending and not trustworthy. I am an investor, Lisa and I agreed she will rebate me 50% of the commission because I bought the house on line and needed her as realtor to close the deal which I could have done by myself and not get a rebate but I gave her the opportunity to be my agent with the understanding of getting 50% rebate. After closing she refused to give me the rebate and told she will only give me 50% when I sell the house and this was not the initial agreement, she knows that by not keeping to our understanding she has lost my business for good.

I had set up an appointment to view a property 48 hours in advance with Lisa. 30 minutes before the appointment I get a call from Lisa confirming the time of the appointment. 15 minutes later she calls me to say that the property was sold the day before and I wouldn't be able to see it. This was after I had already driven over an hour in traffic. After asking Lisa if there were any other properties she could show me on short notice she was very ineffective and overall disinterested. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

It's been a pleasure working with Lisa and her team. I look forward to working with the Lisa Richardson Team for all future investment purchases. Lisa is always responsive to my inquiries. Even when I don't get her on her phone, she is quick to respond. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and she always has my best interests in mind. I highly recommend working with Lisa and her team if you're looking to buy or sell in Garland or the surrounding suburbs.
