Roxanne went above and beyond for my wife and I in the process of purchasing our new home. She was very patient and persistent throughout this long journey. Roxanne DEFINITELY should be at the top of any first-time buyer’s list. Even though this wasn’t my first time buying a home, she made sure I understood all of my options every step of the way. She truly went to bat for my needs and wants, advocating for me like family. When I was late to my home inspection, she had already gotten started—catching things I didn’t even think to look for. I genuinely appreciate all the hard work and long hours she put in, including weekends, just to make sure I wasn’t stressed. She went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

As a first time homebuyer I was honestly stressed and lowkey overwhelmed going into this, but working with Nathan R. made the whole experience feel way more manageable. From the start, what stood out the most was how transparent he was. No sugarcoating, no pressure, just real honest guidance, which I appreciated more than anything. He’s super knowledgeable about the current market and all the changes happening, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense. I asked a lot of questions and he was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. I really appreciated how he listened and followed up with me to make sure I understood. What really mattered to me though was trust. As a first time buyer you don’t always know what you’re doing, and it can feel scary, but he made me feel like I had someone in my corner the whole time. It never felt transactional, it genuinely felt like he cared and was looking out for me, almost like family. I’m really grateful for all his help and I’d definitely recommend him, especially if you’re new to the home buying process and want someone who’s honest, responsive, and actually has your back!

Kim was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Even when obstacles came in the way she helped calm my nerves and helped me through it. We actually closed on the house 10 days early and her eye for detail is simply amazing.
