Cayman did an outstanding job with the purchase of our home. Her experience in geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value of the area. Cayman was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was super friendly, responsive and always gave great advice.

Sandy truly did an amazing job! We were first time home buyers and she went above and beyond all expectations and really tried to help make this as smooth as possible and a great experience for us. She took time out of her day to call me and do any follow ups and joined us on all of our meetings to make sure if we didn’t know what questions to ask, that she was there to ask them for us. I don’t know if anyone will be able to top the experience she gave us, our expectations are now extremely high. As she exceeded every single one! She led us in the right direction from the beginning and answered any of my questions that I had. We are EXTREMELY pleased to have gotten to work with her and plan on recommending her to anyone who is in need of a GREAT realtor!

Kaelyn is absolutely amazing! I know I certainly wasn't the easiest client, given how all over the place I was and I am also very picky. I was stuck trying to decide between buying a townhome in Dallas or a single-story home in the Plano/Richardson area. We probably toured 10-15 properties over the course of 11 weeks before we finally found my home in Plano. Kaelyn always comes prepared/knowledgeable, she really listened and paid attention to what I like and didn't like, she works fast, is very responsive and organized. I truly felt like she understood my taste / what my must-haves were and there were times that she would still be working late into the evening around 10-11pm. I greatly appreciated her help since it was my first time buying a home and she was there every step of the way. She even goes above & beyond by doing extra stuff that I don't think other realtors would do like helping me measure everything in the house since a proper floorplan wasn't available, she took notes during the inspection and sent me a summary of everything that the inspector mentioned, and she even called the foundation company and other places to confirm how the warranties on the various assets within my home would be transferred over to me among other things. My brother even complimented how nice and friendly Kaelyn is and how she isn't pushy or overbearing. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone, I will definitely be referring her to anybody I personally know that is looking to move in the near future!!!

Jeff Metcalf, on Christie’s team, did an amazing job walking us through buying our dream home! He was patient with us, explaining all the ins and outs of the process, and easing our minds about the purchase. Great guy to work with. I hope we get to work with him again!
