I just finished working with Lisa on the sale of my home in Parma, Ohio. She was a total pleasure to work with. Very professional and personable. In our first meeting, she explained her sales process in great detail. She provided me with numerous sales comps for my area to show how she arrived at my sales price. She addressed all my questions and concerns. The online tools she provided made following the progress of my sale extremely easy. She was always available for questions and responded quickly. This sale was in February. Our area was experiencing the worst snow season we had seen in many years. We set a 125-year record for the most straight days of extreme cold temperatures. I have to say, this made me quite nervous, but Lisa made the process so painless and kept me so informed and reassured throughout every step that my fears were totally unnecessary. My house sold within two weeks and at full-asking price! The closing process went very smoothly and in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend contacting Lisa if you are considering selling!

If you are looking for a realtor, look no further! We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa Humenik. Her knowledge, professionalism, dedication, marketing, and communication skills are topnotch. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We couldn't have garnered 79 showings and 29 offers on our house without her! She made the busy process very easy to understand and go through. We enjoyed working with her from beginning to end.

Lisa is totally professional, quick to respond whenever we called and provided timely and thorough feedback throughout the process of selling our house. She advertised our property on multiple channels and many potential buyers viewed the house in the first week she had it listed; the house sold in that first week.
