When I started my search for ‘a perfect realtor’, I never could have imagined that we would be so lucky to find Darrin. I wasn’t expecting the process to be like this at all. My daughter is relocating across country and purchasing her 1st home. I couldn’t imagine how this would all work out. We only had a small window of time to get the process started, a quick trip, a whirlwind couple of days and just like that ..Darrin was willing to be her boots on the ground person, as the rest of the process has to be virtual! Darrin is the absolute best! He is a wealth of knowledge and knows everything Seattle!! Darrin is truly focused on providing an stress-free experience throughout the entire purchasing experience. Darrin goes above and beyond and I can’t say enough good things about him! Looking forward to working with him again when it’s my time to head to the Pacific Northwest!

My wife and I worked with John for our home purchase in Edmonds and he was great to work with! He was thorough during our walk through of houses looking for any issues we should be aware of. He also has a great knowledge of the north Seattle housing market that helped a lot with understanding of what we could get within our budget.
