Melanie was wonderful to work with! As first-time homebuyers we were pretty overwhelmed walking into the whole process, but her guidance and expertise made everything enjoyable and less stressful. She was quick to respond to our questions and book showings, and was so patient and supportive in helping us find the right home. We are beyond grateful for this experience and couldn’t imagine going though it with anyone else!

Darrin is a buyer's dream. He is immensely knowledgeable about the Seattle market, and about all the aspects of the buying experience--loans, inspections, appraisals, you name it. Throughout the process, he was always quick to respond and to help troubleshoot problems, even those that fell well outside his responsibility as the buyer's agent. He has a wealth of connections in local realty that proved so useful to us when crafting an offer, responding to an inspection or appraisal, or costing out remediation or renovations. Never felt so much that our agent was in it for US, and not for them.
