Caue did an outstanding job helping us purchasing a condo in Seattle, including back and forth tough negotiations on price and other items. He has very good local knowledge and I would recommend he to be your real property agent.

Caue, did a fantastic job in helping us buy a home in Ellensburg. Ellensburg was about 90 Miles away from his usual territory, so he was not too familiar with the neighborhood nevertheless he was there for us all the way. He negotiated a good deal with the homebuilder, found us a home inspector and was on site all during that process, adding his knowledge and expertise to the mix. He was on top of the whole deal, communicating with our lender and making sure we hit all the milestones throughout the process. He traveled back again when we met with the builder's superintendent to go over any necessary finish details, again adding his eagle eye to the process. He even helped me measure. Lastly, he travelled back on the day we got the keys, obviously very happy to see us in our new place. I would recommend him to anyone looking to work closely with a real estate professional.

My experience with Caue was not positive. Despite the fact that I repeatedly communicated that I was not interested, he continued to reach out persistently. This behavior disregards professional boundaries. In addition, he demonstrated a lack of basic industry knowledge, such as misidentifying the difference between a 0.5 and 0.75 bathroom. Overall, this created a negative and unprofessional experience.

Caue continued to text me after I told him I was not interested in moving forward. After I blocked his number, he texted me from yet another number. I also asked him to email me only, but he called me and interrupted an important work meeting. I would not give this agent my phone number or contact information again.
