Several years ago we worked with Dan on purchasing a house in Ballard and subsequently selling the condominium the house replaced. We were so favorably impressed that when we again decided to "trade up" a few months ago we asked him to help us again. That purchase went so well that we are working with him again to sell the Ballard house that the new one replaces.
