Thomas exemplifies professionalism. He was energetic, upbeat, and patient. This home buying process was one of the hardest and definitely most stressful things I've gone through in a long time. Thomas's professionalism made all the difference in the world. He was funny when I needed to laugh through some of the craziness and serious when I needed to make important decisions. I am so grateful we found him.

Having Susie as my realtor was an absolute godsend!! She knew exactly what I was looking for in a house after we completed our first showing together and was extremely proactive in finding and sending me options in my preferred neighborhoods and price range. The house that I finally bought was one I might have otherwise overlooked if not for her advice. She took the time to explain the entire process of purchasing a home to me step by step via slide show, from signing the buyer agent agreement all the way to closing. She was quick to reply whenever I texted her with questions, which was extremely reassuring to me as a first time home buyer. She would send me text message reminders on viewing days as well as other important deadlines. She gave me her honest perspective on each house we saw, and her extensive network of contacts helped expedite the entire process (big shoutout to Valerie as well for helping me put in an offer in time). On closing day, Susie generously bought me a few practical gifts to make my move easier and help me start my life as a new homeowner, which was icing on the cake! I genuinely can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job in helping me buy my first starter home than her. I definitely recommend her to anyone else who is looking to buy a home, especially a first timer!!

Thomas completely understood what we were looking for and one of his picks ended up being the house we bought. He was very quick to respond to questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Probably the best buying experience I’ve ever had.

Brennen and his team were a pleasure to work with while we were looking for our first house. They understood that our timeline for purchasing a house was flexible and they never pressured us to speed up the process. When we found properties we were interested in they were always responsive to our request to tour or to find more information. Once we were under contract, the transaction went very smoothly and they went above an beyond to help facilitate answering all of the big and small questions that came up.
