    The instant we met Jennifer we knew that she was going to be our agent while looking for a home. She was so easy to be around and knows her way around the home buying process like no other. She was very dedicated and determined to get the info we needed to get the home buying process on track. There is a reason for all of her awards within the industry. She proved herself repeatedly during our journey to purchase! We went through 3 home buying attempts to find the right home. Most of all we enjoyed Jennifers’ personality and sense of humor and ability to lighten up the process. She is the best in all categories. We love her!

    Linda and Robbie were absolutely fantastic to work with. They made selling our home a fairly painless process. They offer excellent advice on anything and everything real estate related, are extremely responsive, and are generally just great people.     Beth was wonderful through the entire process. She is very responsive to questions and concerns. Beth worked extremely hard at helping us find a place. I was amazed at how quickly she dealt with any issues. Beth always had our best interests covered. I would highly recommend her without hesitation. I can not say enough good things about Beth, she is exceptional.

    Jennifer Thomas - an Absolute Superstar, Helping from Afar! Jennifer Thomas made what could've been a difficult situation, being 2 hours away from the North County area, into a painless experience! She worked with me through all steps of the process of selling a house in CA. I appreciated her guidance on the local market conditions and frank advice on the available options for getting ready for the sale. Her communications are timely and she kept me in the know about critical details (and the non-critical details, too!) and was always responsive to any questions I had or requests. She facilitated the tasks needed to get the house ready for sale, smoothing the path forward. Her communication style is friendly, professional, and crystal clear. I also appreciated her attention to detail in preparing to sell. Her experience and knowledge of the area were key in ensuring that the best properties of the house were brought forward so a prospective buyer could love the house as much as I did. If I ever make my way back to North County, I will be happy to work with Jennifer again. Her positive energy, knowledge, and skill make a process that can be stressful much easier.     I really can't speak highly enough of Jennifer. We happened to bump into her at an open house before we had a buyer's agent and really hit it off. After seeing how highly recommended and experienced she is we chose her to help us find my wife and my first home together. The house we ultimately purchased was highly suggested by her and really ticked off all of our boxes. We looked at quite a few more but kept coming back to that one. She was incredibly patient, transparent, responsive and most of all honest and honorable. She answered all our questions, coordinated all of the inspections and repairs, recommended us to an excellent mortgage broker and has just been an incredible resource and partner during this big step in our lives. She willingly put her commission in jeopardy making sure we were being treated right and were comfortable with this big commitment and if not told us we would keep looking if the seller's didn't give us a few important concessions and repairs. Total rockstar of a buyer's agent!
