Jennifer was my only link to a brand new area and she took my solo plunging into a new home with such confidence and enthusiasm that I bought quicker than I expected! She listen and advised well beyond her years! Her response time was amazing with any silly questions. I felt well cared for and nurtured. I was actually sad I couldn’t have her come to my old home state and sell my house there. Months after I closed and temporarily moved in then had to go sell my old home Jennifer kept in contact to see how she could help. Both her and her husband spent almost a full day getting me settled and making sure my internet was working and gave me a list of local workers and they even helped assemble and make my bed!!! Can’t top that service! She is just a rare gem and her service training and people skills are perfect to be a top notch realtor! This is her calling.

It is a pleasure and an honor to review my experience with Beth Milanowsky. My need to sell my home and farm in Hawaii to move to California to be closer to family and have much better medical care was paramount. My agent in Hawaii was a friend and a seasoned pro. As luck would have it, on Zillow, I found a home in a retirement community in Oceanside, CA, that really appealed to me. The agent on the listing was Beth and boy, was I fortunate. She was attentive and diligent. She understood the complexities of selling, buying, and moving to another state. In addition to her understanding and compassion, she worked with my Hawaii agent, and they organized sale closures such that I did not have to rent a place to live while escrow closed in CA. That was such a blessing and took a lot of stress off the most stressful event of my life. Then once I took possession of my new home, I found the kitchen loaded with goodies, food, and a gift certificate. Wow, such thoughtful, kind, and comforting gestures topped off a great experience overall. The unexpected benefit is the friendship that Beth and I have today.
