Zach is incredible! Not only is he such a kind hearted guy, but he’s very knowledgeable about the industry and negotiates like a pro. He made suggestions prior to listing of what I could improve to get the most value for my home. He had also advised me of the perfect time to put my home on the market to get the most amount of offers. I got an all cash, quick close offer well above ask. We had so many offers to choose from and he helped me determine the best one for my circumstance. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. You won’t be disappointed. He takes so much time and care over your listing, my home never looked better for showings. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Zach for all your hard work!

My experience was wonderful ! She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. She was able to help us with anything we requested. We were in the buying process for about 3 months and she was patient and helpful the whole way through. She stayed active in looking for houses that met the requirements we had. She was very knowledgeable in many different aspects and was able to provide us answers to every question we had. Jennifer remained professional throughout the entire process and was very friendly. She went above and beyond in the search to find houses that were suitable for us and within our price range.

Jennifer did an excellent job with us from the day we met her for our first house tour. She was extremely knowledgeable, fast responding and super helpful with every step, including communication and whom to reach out regarding needs such as inspection and escrow. Damon is a really nice guy and a genuinely honest person. He is extremely patient, and unlike many other agents, he truly listens to our needs and works hard to find the perfect home for us. There were many occasions where he actually advised us not to buy certain homes — even the expensive ones — because he knew they weren’t the right fit based on the neighborhood or the listed price. Jennifer is awesome! She walked me and my husband through our first home purchase. She stayed professional dealing with our million questions and was there to calm us down when we felt stressed about the process. She was constantly available. She has extensive knowledge about all the paperwork and requirements needed to purchase a home. So glad I found her after interviewing 4 other agents! We luckily found our ideal home and didn’t feel pressured to constantly put in offers. Thanks Jen!
