There were many occasions where he actually advised us not to buy certain homes — even the expensive ones — because he knew they weren’t the right fit based on the neighborhood or the listed price. Jennifer is awesome! She walked me and my husband through our first home purchase. She stayed professional dealing with our million questions and was there to calm us down when we felt stressed about the process. She was constantly available. She has extensive knowledge about all the paperwork and requirements needed to purchase a home. So glad I found her after interviewing 4 other agents! We luckily found our ideal home and didn’t feel pressured to constantly put in offers. Thanks Jen!

As a first time home buyer the process was all new to me. To be honest this process was quite scary and confusing, but this is where Jen came in! She was with me every step of the way always answering my calls, texts, and emails about questions I had regarding the whole home buying process. Jen set up multiple homes to view during my process of buying a home and she was with me every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough for being apart of this journey with me. Damon did an outstanding job helping us find our home. He knew exactly where to look and what we were looking for. He also knew the ins and outs of his trade along with having outstanding negotiation skills and knowing the process thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend him enough he treats you like family and genuinely cares about seeing you in your new home.
