Sam and his team have managed 4 or 5 transactions for my wife and I. They are the only call we make when it is tome to move. They are professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and they always follow through. We consider them to be old friends at this stage. If you go with them, you will not regret it.

My experience with Sam Rasoul and his staff was very positive. Sam is very knowledgeable and provided guidance thru-out the process. I can't speak highly enough about his assistant Michelle. I learned selling a home can be a stressful process, but she walked me through everything. She was patient with me, no matter what concern I had. I am very grateful to Michelle and Sam, and would easily recommend their team if you are buying or selling a home.

Read this if you are Looking for an Agent to Trust Sam sold our home and bought us another during a very competitive market. We did our research this time and he showed up with hundreds of 5 star reviews and has bought/sold many in our neighborhood. We told him that we are not sure when to sell as we felt it was too early in the season, he did not pressure us at all, he came for another visit when we decided to move forward, he walked us through the process, we went through every step to prepare the home for showing.  Professional photographer and 3d modeling were done by his team, the post was very professional, posts showed as hot and there were thousands of hits, we had a full weekend packed with viewings and many offers. Sam drove them up and we got multiple offers significantly above asking. Sam pointed out an issue with one of the offers and advised us against it even though it was the highest. Sam also got us a free rent back which helped in our transition to the new home. For the buying, we viewed many homes, it was very competitive, though we missed on several homes, we eventually landed one among the best we bid on in the heart of the area we were looking. During that time Sam was very patient, he never said he was busy, never pushed us to decide, gave his opinion when we asked. Michelle followed up on multiple issues and emails and was responsive. Sam came with a very strong network, he was well known in the business, he connected us with great folks for lending, inspection, estimates, remodeling, etc and was often recognized by the agents when we walked in, he has been in the business for many years! This was a very positive experience and we look forward to working with Sam and his team in the future.

Sam, Michelle and the whole team were fantastic to work with and made the whole process of buying and selling so much less stressful because of their expertise and professionalism. Throughout the process, we felt extremely confident that we were in good hands. We ended up buying the home of our dreams and sold our house for much more than we expected. We highly recommend Sam, Michelle and the whole team!
