We depend on our daughter to oversee the purchase of the unit. It was quite an experience to see the entire process to have the excellent professional help extended to my daughter from Denay. Denay was responsive in all categories of help. No doubt she was instrumental in achieving a timely response to many items that required resolution. Denay took ownership of the project.
