We just bought a wonderful home with Lin. She was by far the best realtor we've ever had, and we've had a lot over the years. We work in government and have bought and sold over a dozen houses in our careers. Lin went above and beyond, with late nights and early mornings and fast and friendly communication. When house hunting, she gave us an entire weekend all day every day, looking at a huge list of properties we’d requested, driving ALL OVER the region, coordinating all the logistics, with no complaints and nothing but kindness and professionalism. She put in the hard work in negotiation and effectively got us under contract while faced with steep competition for the home we wanted, and coordinated all the inspections and extras (like carpet measuring—more above and beyond) while we were several states away. We cannot express our gratitude to her enough—we most highly recommend her!!!

Lin was fantastic! She stuck with us in selling our home and in purchasing our new home. She made the process smooth and I wouldn't go with another realator she is truly a gem.

This was our 2nd transaction with Lin, her 5th including extended family, and she’s to be hired for another upcoming transaction soon. Lin is sharp, reaponsive, knowledgeble and available just about at all times. She was able to manage an extremely tedious and difficult transaction with us calmly and with resolve. Lin knows the value of her clients and will work to represent your interests. She most certainly represnted - and defended - ours as she spent hours into the evening/night negotiating ~10k OFF listed price. Lin works with a fabulous team of loan and inspection professionals. And is continuesly looking to improve her skills, knowledge, and to gain as much experience as possible. Lin hasn’t failed us in our transactions, and she won’t fail you in yours!

Lin helped us find our first home, suggesting areas that she knew would meet our needs that we were not familiar with. When the time was right Lin also helped us sell our home. She made the process very easy from pictures to closing and everything in between. Lin communicated with us on a regular basis and even took calls and texts on the weekends! She was fantastic to work with and we wouldn't choose anyone else.

I had the pleasure of working with Lin on numerous occasions. She helped me buy my first home after college graduation and later helped me sell that home and purchase another. That was a total of 3 transactions that went very smoothly. My first home was a short sale and I was a novice. She took her time to explain everything and I ended up buying the home within 2 weeks of searching. That was back in 2012 when the market was hot and properties were being snatched by investors. 4 years later I contacted Lin again to help me sell it, and she did IN 7 HOURS of it being on the market for FULL ASKING PRICE. I bought the home for 185k and sold it for 254k.. couple of years later you do math! I enjoy working with her and would recommend her to anyone! Real estate agents are dime a dozen and Lin is exceptional!
