Called this individual about a lot they have listed on Zillow. They answered the phone with a disgusted voice. They are unable to communicate with manners and does not have any professionalism. Would have been willing to work with them on other properties if they didn’t speak in rude and mannerless way. Literally no home training what so ever.

Lillian did great job walking us through the process of buy a house. She is always available to answer our questions and sure we had lots of questions as a first time home owners. She started by delivering presentations on first day on the process of buying a house and explaining all jargons comes with it. We felt very supported and comfortable with each step. I highly recommend working with Lilliana. We were lucky to find her on Zillow.
