"Lenny is a very knowledgeable Real Estate Professional that works in a very competitive market in South Bay, California, and Palos Verdes Estates, California. This market requires lots of attention to detail and juggling with the showing of our home and staging the home. He is both a great communicator of how the sale or purchase is going but will provide a personal touch and care to your house along with suggestions along the way. I would highly consider working with Lenny as you would be able to see for yourself the expertise that he has to offer. We have used him in both the purchase of the house in negotiation as well as selling our home to the perfect buyers.

Extensive knowledge of not only the rules but what the market is doing now and will do in the near future! We would still be in our house had we not met Lenny and listened to his rational to move faster in this tricky market! His feel for what people are looking for in each financial area made sense and convinced us to move faster than we planned. Thanks to him we got significantly more than we listed for or even thought we could get!!!! We would use his service anytime, any place!!! SO SHOULD YOU!
