Lee was very helpful .Her passion for real estate goes beyond what I expected.She has the drive to get things done in a timely manner.Her compassion shows in the way she responds to people.Her knowledge of the business is amazing.I can't say enough about my experience with Lee.Thank you Lee for making a difficult situation go as smooth is possible!

Lee was amazing!!! We were first time home buyers so we had a ton of questions throughout the process. Lee was kind and knowledgeable and always honest. We never felt like she was trying to sell us something we didn’t want.

I met Lee buying my first home in 2006 and bought with her again in June 2022. She is always responsive, friendly and is very connected with all the people in her profession. I was worried about the amount of work that would be involved and if it was even worthwhile during the recent market and so many properties going on cash offers far above list, but Lee was always willing to spend the time on multiple offers and helping me with my own concerns about the market. I had great feedback from the various inspectors that Lee recommended. One saved me from closing on a disaster of a home before the one I ended on. She recommended a specific inspection and it turned out to be much more valuable than I would have guessed. Even given the market she negotiated a concession and worked to improve a lousy appraisal. The seller told me they were shocked by the number of offers and how many were right around mine. Without Lee’s input I would have been too low, but also feel like I ended up with one of the few steals in the area.

Lee is a great realtor and made the process of buying our first house very easy and educational. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented, and was honest about things we should be concerned about when looking at houses. Lee was also very flexible when we wanted to make an adjustment to what houses we were going to view, even last minute when possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were highly motivated buyers who wanted to move as quickly as we could and Lee made that happen for us. If we're ever in need of a real estate agent again, Lee will be the one we go to.

Lee is very knowledgeable, If she does not have an answer to a question she does the research and is prompt to respond. She is very personable and takes a hand on approach to help you find the home you love.
