We wanted a quick sale of our property at a reasonable price. After interviewing a few realtors we decided on Ms Emily Ford She is a professional, has years of experience, knows the area and the market. We took her advice on pricing, prepping the house, open house etc. She advised us of every showing via text message. She came back to us after the showing to let us know the reaction of the person viewing our property. She was flexible with her time accommodating our schedule. Net result was a solid full price offer. Emily went through every page of the purchase offer to insure we understood it and closed within the month. We could not be happier with her efforts.
