Emily did an amazing job working with my family to first purchase a condo, and then sell our house. She truly was an angel and godsend to my parents as this was a difficult move for them. Emily recently represented us as a Seller's Agent for the sale of our home. It was a pleasure to work with Emily. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and the marketplace. She helped us to make informed decisions in the process of selling our home. She was supportive and was always available to answer any questions we might of had. We wanted a quick sale of our property at a reasonable price. After interviewing a few realtors we decided on Ms Emily Ford She is a professional, has years of experience, knows the area and the market. We took her advice on pricing, prepping the house, open house etc. She advised us of every showing via text message. She came back to us after the showing to let us know the reaction of the person viewing our property. She was flexible with her time accommodating our schedule. Net result was a solid full price offer. Emily went through every page of the purchase offer to insure we understood it and closed within the month. We could not be happier with her efforts.

When we decided to move back to Michigan, Emily met with my husband and me to discuss what was important for us in a home. Emily worked tirelessly to provide us with several options and pricing within our parameters. She would video in real time with us when she walked through an open house or showing so we could also see the home(s) in real time, and was always so responsive to our seemingly random questions. She navigated us every step of the way and we are so grateful for her knowledge and professionalism!
