As first time home buyers, Emily Ford came highly recommended to us when we entered the housing market to purchase a home while living out of state. Emily could not have been more accommodating and helpful while we did showings from afar. She was extremely communicative, and always available whenever we reached out to her. She walked us through every step of the process as we put in multiple offers until we found our dream home. Her guidance and expertise in navigating the ups and downs to the inspection process was also extremely comforting. Emily's connections and networking were invaluable when we needed to find contractors to provide quotes, and lender recommendations. We cannot recommend Emily enough for anyone entering the home buying market. We can't imagine having done this without her!

Emily was great to work with! Always professional, always there when we needed her, and very knowledgeable about the ever-changing housing market. She kept us informed during each step of the selling process and welcomed all of our questions (and we had a lot!) We will definitely recommend her to our family/friends.

Emily did an outstanding job of helping us to sell our home of 40 years. Her knowledge of the real estate market in our area was evident. She stayed in contact with us during the entire process and explained and informed us of all activity about the sale. She assisted with closing and followed up to make sure we had taken any final steps needed. I would recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell property.

Emily was completely available from the 1st time I called all the way to the Closing and was immediately responsive to each and every question or concern that came up during my house selling process. Her research of the area and marketplace helped me arrive at a Selling price that was based on facts, not emotions, and her effort led to immediate results...couldn't have been happier with Emily's partnership over the past month.
