James was one of a kind, genuine person. Great at handling anything that was thrown at him throughout our process and always kept a positive attitude and really kept us balanced. To anyone who is looking for someone that is willing to go above and beyond his/her job, James gets my vote every time!

James provided the perfect level of guidance and support for a first time homebuyer like myself. At each step in the process, he helped me understand what to expect and what was needed from me, so we could move things along smoothly. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and never tried to upsell me or pressure me to make decisions faster than I wanted. My closing authorization came in while I was out of town, and I could rest easy knowing that James was organizing everything so I could close as soon as I got back. Big fan of James, highly recommend him as a realtor.

If you're looking for a realtor to either buy or sell a home James is the person to work with! He is amazing to work with. He puts his clients first and goes above and beyond for them. He always gave that little push when we felt like giving up and I am so glad he did. We will be working with James the next time we are selling/buying a home. I highly recommend working with James, you will not regret it!
