I found Leigh Ann and Lee by chance when I was inquiring about a townhome on Zillow. They guided me through the home buying process and Leigh Ann was gracious enough to meet me *on time* at every home that I asked to tour all across the 919 area code over the course of a month. When Leigh Ann was unavailable, Lee stepped in to meet all of my needs. She quickly learned what I liked and what I was searching for as well as what I was trying to avoid. I had no idea what I truly wanted at first and I went from a tiny 25+ yr old townhouse in crowded North Raleigh to putting in an offer on a practically brand new spacious single-family home in Youngsville. Lee was really great. As new home buyers in NC, he and Leigh Ann Sterner explained the whole process for buying a home. They scheduled everything very nicely and our visit was well organized. Great team to work with. The knowledge and time they took to help us out with all our questions and concerns was remarkable. I would definitely do business with them again if I am in the market again to buy a new home.

Patient, knowledgeable, available, and responsive! You can't find anyone better than Lee and he truly cares for his clients and listens to their concerns. He helped me find my home and guided me thru the sale of one house and the purchase of my new house every step of the way and was a true professional. He is honest, caring, and dedicated to his clients.
