Ellie Hitt is a super skilled and award-winning realtor who is par EXCELLENCE!!! Working with Ellie Hitt to buy my new home was an absolute pleasure and an unforgettable AMAZING experience. She has been in the real estate field since age 18, no wonder she is extremely knowledgeable, informed and seasoned. Her communication and negotiation skills are wonderful and she exudes professionalism in her dealings. She understood my requirements and consistently made sure to check in with me regarding my feedback after a showing. She's very diligent, responsive and had answers to all my queries including safe and peaceful neighborhoods. Buying a house is a nerve-wracking process and I was pretty anxious to find the right fit for me. My entire house hunting journey felt like a breeze since she walked me through every step of the way making it so seamless and stress-free. Ellie has a game plan when it comes to writing offers. In a sellers' market, she actively fought and negotiated to get me a seller's credit for needed repair work which is nothing less than incredible!
