We are so appreciative of Lauren and Rich! They worked with us through our indecisiveness about selling our home, through the process of getting it show, ready, stress, free, scheduling for showings, offers, negotiations, going under contract within 48 hours of our listing! Lauren was engaged with immediate responses, every step of the way. Rich, with his expertise in construction, was invaluable at advising us through responses on the home inspection. We have been buying and selling properties for many years, and I have to say this was probably one of the most stress-free real estate processes we have experienced.

Lauren and Rich were amazing to work with on both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home! When selling my old home, I greatly appreciated their advice and help on setting and negotiating the sales price and preparing my home for listing and showings, and Lauren was extremely responsive in sharing and discussing offers with me. For my new home, I genuinely would not have my current house (which I love) if not for Lauren's creativity as an agent. I was interested in a certain area, but no homes were currently available in the neighborhoods that I liked. Lauren had the great idea to send postcards to those neighborhoods (including my current one) inquiring if anyone was interested in selling. The former owner of my current house responded, and the rest was history! I truly would not have found this home without Lauren's and Rich's help, and I will absolutely work with them again for any future real estate needs.

Lauren is incredible. Always available. Responds quickly. Truly an expert in real estate. She's there with you to help every step of the way. She keeps you updated on every detail. Helps you with any issues you may encounter. She's with you until the very end. She is beyond dependable. I've worked with her several times and every time has been nothing less than superb. I HIGHLY recommend her services. It has always been such a pleasure working with her. Just like Allstate, your in good hands with Lauren.

Lauren was awesome to work with. She is very professional and is always available to answer any questions or concerns that arise during the selling process. Rich helped me when I was buying my house and Lauren helped me when I was selling my house and I would absolutely use them again.
