I had a lot on your plate during this time, dealing with the emotional challenges of selling my parents' home after my father's passing, managing the logistics of moving my mother closer to me and handling the estate matters. Managing all of these tasks were indeed stressful and overwhelming, but then, Tim Hur and Helen Nguyen came into the picture. They came highly recommended to me with glowing reviews from a highly respected professional handling some of my fathers' estate concerns. Here are a few of my comments: Great Communication: Highly responsive and answered all questions, especially considering I was not form the area. Their positive home buying experience left a lasting impression. Efficient Selling Process: Tim and Helen guided me through the selling process, ensuring the home was priced appropriately. The property quickly had 12 offers for be to chose from and Tim spent a great deal of time talking me through each of them. Signed a contract in less than 4 days which, demonstrated their market knowledge and skills. Going Above and Beyond: Tim and Helen stepped up to help me me as I lived out of state dealing with daily issues to get the house set up and did a very nice virtual tour. and house layout. This was a big help as I had been traveling back and forth since my father passed away. Top-Notch Marketing and Results: Tim and Helen's strategic approach, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail led to a quick sale. Thorough and Professional: Tim is known for being thorough, communicative, and professional, making him an excellent real estate agent. He even helped work out a closing where i did not have to come back to the Norcross, GA area. Kevin is the best realtor we have worked with, he is professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful and very easy to work with. He will do everything to make sure you have the smoothest and best home buying/selling experience. Kevin will work with your best interest in mind and very patient throughout the process. You can tell he also pays attention to detail and is very experienced, he is great at helping you negotiate the price as well to make sure you get the best deal. He will make sure you get everything is completed on time, keep you updated throughout the process, and is outstanding at communicating throughout the whole process. Kevin will consistently go above and beyond to exceed your expectations, for example after closing day he went to go check on our new home when we were away. You will not regret working with him, he is excellent in every regard, I give my highest recommendation to Kevin.

Tim was crucial in helping with my interstate transition to Georgia, providing his own recommendations along with mine and supplying the necessary context needed to understand all my options.
