Kevin is the best realtor we have worked with, he is professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful and very easy to work with. He will do everything to make sure you have the smoothest and best home buying/selling experience. Kevin will work with your best interest in mind and very patient throughout the process. You can tell he also pays attention to detail and is very experienced, he is great at helping you negotiate the price as well to make sure you get the best deal. He will make sure you get everything is completed on time, keep you updated throughout the process, and is outstanding at communicating throughout the whole process. Kevin will consistently go above and beyond to exceed your expectations, for example after closing day he went to go check on our new home when we were away. You will not regret working with him, he is excellent in every regard, I give my highest recommendation to Kevin.

Tim was crucial in helping with my interstate transition to Georgia, providing his own recommendations along with mine and supplying the necessary context needed to understand all my options.
