Suriyah is very profesional and detail oriented. She is tenacious and would not give up until she finds the house that you want. She would not try to talk you into buying a house that might not meet your expectations in the future. She keeps you aware at all times of deadlines and commitments from the time you place an offer up to the closing date of the purchase. She is very diligent in guiding you so you get the best deal and that you are not taken advantage of by the other. I liked her si much as my realtor agent that I used her services to buy a second house less than two months after she helped me to buy the first house in February of 2026
