After signing with two other real estate agents and companies who both failed to provide even one buyer for my house in over one year.I had talked with Mark several times and he sent me some information in regards to his company and what he had done as a real estate agent. After talking to Mark I decided to hire his company and him to sell my house. Mark is the best of the best. He is a true professional real estate sales person. He explained to me what I needed to do in regards to getting my house ready for sale and then provided all of the individuals needed to do the repairs to bring the house up to sellable standards. Within one to two days of the listing the house for sale we had 20+ viewings, three offers and finally accepted an offer for the house. My house was sold within a month of it being listed at a time when properties were becoming more difficult to sell. Mark was able to price the property in the sweet spot for property in my local community. His knowledge and skill were evident from the very start of the sale of my property. I would rate Mark an 11 out of 10 for real estate agents that I have worked with in the past. Thanks Mark for a job well done!!!
