We had the pleasure of working with Lauren to sell our first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lauren was incredibly helpful and patient, always taking the time to explain every step of the process and going the extra mile to ensure we fully understood all the details. Her advice was invaluable, and she provided us with expert guidance when making key decisions. Lauren truly went above and beyond, especially when it came to preparing our home for listing. She arranged for a staging company to provide a few necessary items, and on the day of the listing photos, she personally came over to help us get everything just right. She brought in towels, plants, and more, working tirelessly to make sure our home looked perfect. Throughout the entire process, from negotiating offers to the final closing, Lauren was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly. She is knowledgeable, personable, kind, and incredibly hard-working. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Lauren was an absolute delight to work with through the whole home-buying process. This was our first time buying a home and Lauren walked us through each step of the way - there were no stupid questions! I appreciated how open and honest she was and I felt like she had our best interest in mind. She even communicated with me almost every single day when she was out of the country and we were submitting an offer. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again, Lauren will be my first call. Working with Lauren was great! I was a bit nervous about the Austin market at the time I was selling, but the transaction went quickly and at a price that I wanted. Lauren provided top-notch service and was very professional throughout the selling/closing process. I highly recommend her.

Lauren was so amazing to work with! I was a first time home buyer and was super nervous about home buying. Before working with Lauren I saw the process of buying a home as this huge daunting, overwhelming process, but Lauren explained everything and eased all of my worries! She explained the process to the degree I wanted and needed. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured by Lauren. I felt like I could really take my time and find something that was the perfect fit for me. I felt like Lauren really had my best interest in mind and wasn’t just trying to make a sale, so I really trusted all of her input. Again, being a first time home buyer there’s so many little details that you don’t even think of, but Lauren did! Even after I closed on my house she gave me a list of things I should do to make my move in smooth as well as general upkeep tasks. Lauren was super communicative. She never left me hanging and I never felt like I was going through this process alone. I would definitely recommend working with Lauren, in fact, I have friends who are thinking of buying and I am going to send them her way once they get more serious! Thanks Lauren!
