She was extremely helpful in getting the property ready for sale even before getting the listing, providing referrals, advice, and lots of assistance and advice, way above and beyond the usual agent's call of duty. She was responsive and willing to meet us for showings last minute. She had an eye for details of the home so we could better determine quality. Maryann recently sold my condo and was amazing. She acted fast on market changes and provided me with valuable insight. She also was my buying agent a few years back, and jumped on the place I wanted and acted fast enough for us to get it. That sale was tricky and she navigated the seller's changes with grace and professionalism. I've found realtors who would go against ethics to get more money in their pockets, and Maryann is not one of them. I have 100% trust in her to work for my best outcome. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has high integrity. If you want the best, go with her.

I worked in real estate for a few years prior moving to Florida and to be honest I have found that about 90-95% of real estate agents are either just incompetent or they are just dishonest snakes. Maryann was neither. I would recommend her 110%. She was very responsive and professional with a very good work ethic. She also had a very good knowledge of how to do things in a deal that was tougher than normal. Her addendums were precise and to the point, laying things out very clearly. I am a pretty hard person to work with in business because I demand professionalism and competency, which most lack. Maryann is both competent and professional. Maryann is amazing! She is very patient and helps you find the house of your dreams. We were able to ask her tons of questions and she was super helpful. Buying a home can be very stressful, but she makes the process much easier and enjoyable. Thanks for all your help Maryann!
