There was no experience with with Christina. I talked with her on the phone a few days before I was supposed to go look at houses. She seemed like she did not want to help me to begin with, but scheduled is showing anyway. I got to the house and she was not there, I called her and was sent right to voicemail. I texted her. No response, very unprofessional in my opinion, she could have at least responded to my messages or had somebody else come out and meet me.

Dillon worked hard for our family. We had a time crunch for our situation. We needed to sell our current home and find a home that fit our needs. We had many challenges for our schedule due to my wife and I working different shifts. Dillon worked with us and made it easy for us to do our home search. We saw several homes at different price points and placed offers on 5 different homes. But on our final home he did everything he could to get what we needed. There were hangups that slowed down our process but he was pushing for us to be able to get our deal closed. He was very easy for us to work with and helped clear up any questions or concerns that we had during the who journey.

I cannot say enough good things about Marilyn as my real estate agent. Marilyn's personality is infectious. From our first conversation, I felt like I had known her for years. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and I never felt like I was bothering her. Her knowledge of Kitsap county was invaluable, and she provided insights that I would have never thought to consider. As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process, but Marilyn made everything seem easy. She went above and beyond to make sure that I found a house that met my needs and budget. Marilyn and Kristina did an exemplary job in helping me find my dream home. I had just graduated college about 6 months out and I was very concerned about settling down and finding a home that was geographically and communally right for me. Marilyn patiently and diligently escorted me throughout the whole process of purchasing a home of my very own when I was not completely certain I knew what I was doing. She found the home within the exact price range I was looking for, in a neighborhood where I can go running and have since made new friends, and I border between Bremerton and Silverdale so it makes going to work much easier. Marilyn and Kristina were very consistent with communication, always staying in touch about any updates to the new home on a weekly basis. Highly recommend.
