James is the best. He’s always on time and prepared. He is easy to talk to, patient, and thoughtful throughout the decision making process and negotiated a great deal for us once we found the house we loved. I’m so so happy we found him. I don’t know how we got so lucky to have such a great realtor and made a friend in the process.

I am highly recommending Elaine for any real estate transaction you may consider. Elaine kept us completely informed every step of the way. When it came to negotiations and advice, it was always on point, timely which simplified the entire process for us and all parties involved. I could always reach her by phone, email or text and she made herself available for questions even after normal business hours. I trusted her fully to lead and provide direction with an end result of a timely and successful sale. We now have a home and Elaine's efforts can make one's dream of home ownership come true.

Elaine is nothing short of incredible. We were simultaneously selling two homes in two states while purchasing a home two counties away. I cannot count the number of times this poor woman was called upon at any hour/day to conduct and variety of real estate services. My spouse and I have bought/sold many homes in the last 5+ years and worked with a variety of real estate people. Most other real estate agents leave something to be desired. That is why we were so happy with the turn of events that James and his team brought to our real estate experience. Here are a few of the many things we appreciated about James and his team. He is very responsive, upbeat, and it's contagious. James understood the market, and what our home needed to sell at the best price. His marketing strategy brought a much higher price per square foot than other much larger homes in our neighborhood with the same finishes. The digital platform he brings to the table is an amazing, interactive tool. It's a user friendly tool that shows all the stats about your home in correlation to what is happening in the market. We highly recommend James and his team. James and his team are superb!
