My spouse and I have bought/sold many homes in the last 5+ years and worked with a variety of real estate people. Most other real estate agents leave something to be desired. That is why we were so happy with the turn of events that James and his team brought to our real estate experience. Here are a few of the many things we appreciated about James and his team. He is very responsive, upbeat, and it's contagious. James understood the market, and what our home needed to sell at the best price. His marketing strategy brought a much higher price per square foot than other much larger homes in our neighborhood with the same finishes. The digital platform he brings to the table is an amazing, interactive tool. It's a user friendly tool that shows all the stats about your home in correlation to what is happening in the market. We highly recommend James and his team. James and his team are superb!

If you’re searching for a realtor that you can 100% trust, rely on, and has your best interests at heart. Look no further! James Bergstrom was nothing but the best throughout our entire buying process. We are going to rent out our other home, and plan on having James take care of property management, because we know we’ll have nothing to worry about with him at the helm. Great experience working with James!

We bought our house with James as the realtor for the house we bought and he did a great job for them so when we decided to sell we used James as well and his whole team did an amazing job with the whole process and we ended up making more than asking and he kept us updated and after closing gave us the most thoughtful gifts. James is an amazing person and of course so are all his staff. They were all so knowledgeable and caring. This was my first purchase and selling of a home. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to buy or sell their house!!!
