Whether or not it’s a good time to buy a house, the South Kitsap team made sure all of our needs were taken care of—especially Jenn. She made the process simple and ensured all our concerns were addressed. After serving in the military, my wife and I decided we wanted to stay in this great state. From the very first time we reached out, Jenn had a good understanding of what we were looking for. She was extremely patient with us as we scheduled multiple viewings and explored what the area had to offer. As this was our first home, Jenn guided us through the entire process and took the time to educate us, making us feel confident that we had a real shot at getting a good deal in today’s market. She negotiated a deal on a home we couldn’t refuse—and now, my wife and I are proud homeowners. I can’t recommend Jenn enough. Kevin did a fantastic job helping me sell my late father's house. He worked with me to get everything that needed to happen done, even while I was half way across country. Andrea was the kindest and most knowledgeable agent we've met in a long time. She dedicated her time and energy to showing us around the area and answered all of our questions with care. Doug made the sale of our house so easy and quick. I did not know that the sale could go so smoothly with us being in a foreign country and only getting to talk to Doug via phone and email, but it was absolutely amazing and seamless. His knowledge of the market and area was amazing and we had a bid on our house in only days and closed in a couple weeks!! He has my highest recommendation!!
