Brittney Bell at Crafted Real Estate has made the process of buying a home so much more enjoyable than I ever thought it would be. This woman is non-stop. Brittney has been available no matter what, answered any questions, responded to every email and text, and has gone above and beyond to support me through the home buying process. I'm a first time home buyer and was very nervous about everything but Brittney really took me under her wing and supported me. She explained everything to me, and has kept her door open for any questions or concerns I might have going forward. Highly, highly recommend her.

I think the biggest endorsement for a realtor is repeat business. I have used Brittney three times. My family has used her. Very knowledgeable and helpful every step if the way. She is a great person, a great realtor, and a joy to work with!

Crafted is the best! We worked with Brittney to find the perfect plot of land within our price range to build our future home! We were very picky customers with specific requirements, and she was patient, responsive, and informative. She was able to work with our difficult schedules (one of us doesn't get home until around 9p Mon-Thu, so we were only available Fridays and weekends to view properties). When we finally found our cute little lot, she went to bat for us and got the seller to negotiate even though they didn't want to. We highly recommend Crafted, and plan to work with Brittney again on our next real estate endeavor! We are very satisfied customers.

Brittney Bell did an outstanding job in helping us sell my deceased son's home. From start to finish, Brittney and her Team, worked hard to get us to the point of being able to get the house on the market. Once on the market, the house SOLD in 3 days!! We had 3 offers, and the buyer paid $ 6,000 OVER the asking priced. Brittney had the house staged to perfection. We will definitely have Brittney Bell and her Team when we need any future Real Estate needs.
