We decided to move to University Place because we love Washington and wanted to put down roots and raise our future family here. When looking for a realtor, we wanted someone who truly listened to what we were looking for—not someone just trying to sell us the biggest or nicest house. Brittney did exactly that! She took our requests to heart and helped us find the perfect property, complete with a fireplace and fruit trees. We chose Brittney based on a referral from a dear friend who had worked with her many times, and we couldn’t be happier that we did. As first-time home buyers, we really valued her time, determination, and deep knowledge of the process. She offered honest advice and guided us every step of the way, making the experience smooth and stress-free. For anyone buying or selling, my best advice is: choose the smaller home in the nicer neighborhood—you can always change your house, but not your surroundings! Brittney was absolutely incredible to work with. She helped us buy our first home, and I truly can’t imagine going through the process without her. When we decided to move out of state to be closer to family we asked several friends if they recommended the realtor they used to sell their home, and gathered a list of four realtors, but right before it came time to decide we happened to talk to a friend who said, "I know a realtor who will do the work that's needed to get you the best price for your house." Brittney Bell and Crafted Real Estate have been nothing short of amazing. When I first went to purchase a home back in 2018 I did not know what I wanted in a realtor. I initially found Brittney online and decided to take a shot and I was pleasantly awarded with a realtor who will do anything and everything to make their clients experience the easiest and seamless as possible. The testament to this is when I went to recently sell my home. I was offered help with realtors through my relocation company, but I went with Brittney and Crafted instead because I knew they would get the job done and make my life as easy as possible. Crafted has reasonable connections with cleaners, contractors, pest control, and everything else in between to make the sale of a home efficient. I cannot say enough about everything Crafted has done and specifically Brittney. My advice to a buyer and or seller is to trust in Crafted and doing so you will not be disappointed.
