When we decided to move out of state to be closer to family we asked several friends if they recommended the realtor they used to sell their home, and gathered a list of four realtors, but right before it came time to decide we happened to talk to a friend who said, "I know a realtor who will do the work that's needed to get you the best price for your house." He was so sure of that we decided to call Brittney Bell and he was absolutely right! Not only were we amazed at how quickly and efficiently Brittney worked to get our house on the market, we were so impressed with how, dutifully she kept us informed with what she was doing, by keeping in constant contact with us. If you're looking for a realtor that is honest, upfront, transparent and out to get you the best price on a home your're selling or buying, Brittany Bell is the realtor you want working for you!

Brittney Bell and Crafted Real Estate have been nothing short of amazing. When I first went to purchase a home back in 2018 I did not know what I wanted in a realtor. I initially found Brittney online and decided to take a shot and I was pleasantly awarded with a realtor who will do anything and everything to make their clients experience the easiest and seamless as possible. The testament to this is when I went to recently sell my home. I was offered help with realtors through my relocation company, but I went with Brittney and Crafted instead because I knew they would get the job done and make my life as easy as possible. Crafted has reasonable connections with cleaners, contractors, pest control, and everything else in between to make the sale of a home efficient. I cannot say enough about everything Crafted has done and specifically Brittney. My advice to a buyer and or seller is to trust in Crafted and doing so you will not be disappointed.

Brittney did all of the hard work, and could not have made it any easier for us to sell our Aunt's house, even outside of her primary/focus area. All of the electronically signing was a game changer in my opinion.
