HIRE KRISTIE! BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER! When we hired Kristie, I already had high expectations after she came recommended from a coworker. After even a brief time working with her, she blew my expectations out of the water going above and beyond in every capacity. Kristie worked with me to learn my taste immediately and recommended houses that were perfect for our family. She gave expert advice and helped my husband and I through the process with a kindness and sincerity that made us feel home before we ever set foot in the house. This was the 4th home we've bought and Kristie made the process so much more fun and easy than ever before. The biggest downside to working with Kristie is that she has probably ruined all future agents for us if we have to relocate. Nobody will ever compare! I simply cannot recommend her enough.

This was our first time selling a home in Texas but not our first time selling a home or being part of a real estate transaction and I have to say Kristie went above and beyond to make the process go so smoothly, even during a pandemic. She has valuable advice that prepares you before listing the property and knows the market well and the target buyers, even adding especial touches during the showings and the different steps during the transaction. I especially loved and enjoyed her marketing skills! We had an offer within 24 hours of listing and closed just a month later. I highly recommend Kristie!

This is our 3rd time working with Kristie. She helped us sell our home last year, find a rental last fall and now purchase our new home. She continues to go above and beyond. We were in several multiple offer situations, due to helping us put together amazing terms we were able to land the perfect house for us, even though our offer wasn't the highest! She is sure to answer any questions you have and walks you through every step of the way. She thinks of everything. There is no one I would do real estate business with in Austin besides Kristie.
