We used Lynn for both selling our first house and buying our second home, and both experiences were great! She was always available to answer any questions and helped us to understand what was expected each step of the way. When selling our house, she set up a professional photographer and helped with staging before listing. We ended up getting an offer on the first showing within a week! She helped us to negotiate, ending with a deal that benefit both parties. When buying our new home, she sent us properties based on our wishlist and was quickly available when we requested to see them. She helped with hiring an inspector, explaining the documents, and again negotiating and counter offering to get us a fair price. Overall, we had a great experience with Lynn and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Worked with Danny on purchasing our first home. He was extremely helpful in explaining the processes and timelines for us, was available whenever we needed. He was very proactive in addressing potential issues before we had even considered them, and as such they were resolved smoothly and in a timely manner.
