Barb was our realtor while we were looking to buy a house this past year. We were first time home buyers and she walked us through the entire process and helped us every step of the way. She was quick to respond to questions, quick to set up viewings, and was always helping us make decisions that worked best for our family. She always made sure we saw the houses we wanted even if it was a last minute hustle to the property to make sure we could see it. She helped us purchase a house in September and we love the house so much and couldn’t have asked for better help through the whole process. We highly recommend her to anyone looking!

Barb Roll Wyzga of Coldwell Banker was recommended to me by several friends when I had to sell a home, and I couldn’t have found a better realtor. My situation was complicated for several reasons. I was selling a home for a person I am conservator for, so I had never lived in the home and was unable to supply some of the standard information necessary when putting a property on the market. Also, the owner had a reverse mortgage very unfavorable to the borrower and the mortgage payoff was more than the home’s value. I had no idea how to handle the sale, but fortunately Barb did. She came to our first meeting well prepared with several comparables and options for how to approach the home sale. Barb contacted a real estate attorney who was able to negotiate a short sale with the mortgage company. When I was required to appear in probate court to obtain permission to sell the home, she helped with all the necessary documentation, picked up and dropped off court documents when I was unable to get there in a timely fashion, and attended the court hearing with me to help in answering the judge’s questions. Barb handled each contingency quickly and always knew the best course to take. She told me at the outset how long the process would take and what to expect, then kept me informed of all developments. Each time I was anxious, she calmly walked me through how we would proceed. There were a couple of times the attorney emailed us asking for documents, and by the time I saw the email, Barb had already taken care of it. At the beginning of the process I knew nothing about reverse mortgages or short sales. Barb patiently educated me. At one point Barb said she learned something new with every sale, and had enjoyed all she’d learned with this one. I highly recommend Barb Roll Wyzga. She made a difficult and stressful situation manageable, and facilitated the best possible outcome for my friend.
