Kris was very knowledgeable throughout the process. He came in with a number in mind, listened to our concerns walked us through his thoughts, and sold our home at then price he suggested. At the 11th hour the realtor of the other buyers wanted us to start make concessions on the deal. Kris kept us assured everything was fine and he made sure we were able to close without any issues. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone.

Kris was very very helpful, knowledgeable, was very understanding and was always available for any question we had. Kris helped sell our home for way more than asking price in less than 2 days. He also helped us throughout the built of our new home. In both instances, Kris took his negotiating skills to top of the level and always looked out for what was best for us. He gave us as much information as possible, so that we could make the correct decisions. Thank you Kris for your amazing self, for being so charismatic and for making the sell of our home and the purchase of our new one, a very lovely experience.
