The Bernardi Group led us through the entire process of preparing, listing and selling our home and then purchasing a new home. The entire team that assisted us including Karen, Holly, Maria, Brie, and Ashley on the sellers side. They were flawless in helping us navigate each step in the process. Very professional, respectful, informed and knowledgeable all along the way. Our house was on the market for less than a week before we had a contract in hand and we were closed in 3 weeks time. Rachel assisted us on the Buyers side in the purchase of a new home and no stone went unturned with Rachel. We were so impressed with her knowledge and persistence throughout the entire process. I couldn’t say enough good things about Rachel! She was punctual, she was informative, she noticed things in houses I never would’ve caught, she’s always friendly and she made my first home buying process feel smooth. Rachel explained documents, numbers, reports, etc to me and she always made sure I was comfortable throughout the purchasing process. She was proactive on my behalf from beginning to end and she made sure we stayed on track for a 30 day close with no hiccups. Couldn’t be more grateful to have had her as my realtor. I hired The Bernardi Group to sell a house for me. I’ve bought and sold many real estate properties across several states. The Bernardi Group is far superior to all the other Real Estate companies I’ve worked with. Holly Bonnes provided extensive data on the market and guided me to set the correct listing price. When the listing hit the market, I read the description and it made me want to buy my house. They really know how to use words that add value and make you want to own the house. Communication is another strong point for them. Holly kept me informed on the showings and feedback from potential buyers. Once an offer was accepted, Maria Miller took charge. She handled everything to make sure we had a successful closing. This included the buyer objections and resolutions. Karen and her whole team were a joy to work with. The Bernardi Group has a very unique structure and process they use to sell your home. I found it very compelling compared to the other realtor groups I interviewed in making my decision on who to represent me. It proved to be a great choice. I have bought and sold many homes over my lifetime. This was the best realtor experience I have every had. I was constantly informed in every step of the process. The handled all of the negotiations expertly and professionally. They maintained a good relationship with the buyers agent and dealt with any issues that arose with inspection objections or contractor delays in a calm, reasonable manner.
