Heather was really great - very professional and knowledgable about the market. Well-networked locally, she even knew the listing agent well, which made everything go very smooth. She and her team stayed on top of the flow of information and paperwork so we were never waiting unnecessarily. She handled the negotiations for us, listened to and respected our perspective, and we always felt she had our best interest at heart.
