This was our second time working with Zana to buy a home and she is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond being your realtor and works around the clock to find you your dream home. She makes buying a home feel effortless and you, the buyer, feel in total control. She has a wealth of knowledge about everything; home prices, builds, contractors, locations, rates, and all things reality. She also helped us get our home rental ready before buying our new home, how many realtors do you know who can do that? We absolutely love Zana and would 100,000,000/10 recommend her!!!

Zana is very active, responsive, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable realtor. She helped us researching real estate listings, putting down offers, negotiating, winning a bid (actually two in succession), and successfully closing the property what we happily call “home” now. She was on top of all the steps in closing our property in less than two weeks. She is very thorough. Her quick responses (texts & emails) and the actions she took were very helpful for us. She wholeheartedly listened to our interest and acted promptly to revive our turned down counter proposal that was surreal! Her connections to mortgage lenders were admirable. She is knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, property details, and accommodating to day long house visits representing us. Even after closing she follows up with us, and extended assistance in other real estate matters. I am thankful to her and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the real estate market looking for a home — Zana is definitely the agent you need.

Zana did a wonderful job helping me find my home in Boulder. She took a lot of the stress out of the process and helped me navigate the process from start to finish. Her local expertise in the Boulder market was invaluable and she had great guidance on formulating my offer (and making sure I didn't over-offer in a competitive market). Working with Zana was a pleasure and I would recommend her and her team to anyone looking in the Boulder area!

Zana was absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Zana had excellent local knowledge of Boulder and the canyons. She has very healthy professional relationships with the other realtors, escrow companies, inspectors and vendors. Zana was very detail oriented and scrutinized the contracts and paperwork and noticed 2 discrepancies in the contract and title deeds that saved us a considerable amount of money and time. She was a tough and fair negotiator. We loved her down to earth and professional approach. We are so grateful that Zana helped us find our dream home.
