Keith was wonderful through out our investment property search and purchase. He is very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice and experience. He genuinely cared about what property would work best for us and knew how to make an appealing offer in this competitive market. Loved the experience! Keith walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable as a first time home buyer. He was always quick to respond and was very helpful pointing out things at showings. At the end of it all I have a house in a very competitive market! Would recommend!

By the time we moved to Madison and met Keith and Kinsey, we had moved a lot and employed quite a number of agents. They were by far the best real estate professionals we had ever worked with. They listened very carefully to our lists of wants and needs; they showed us a ton of houses which met our stated criteria and never seemed impatient when we dismissed houses for whimsical reasons (or no reason at all); they negotiated for the house we really wanted so that we got the house over other bids. When we decided to leave Madison, we turned to them immediately. They worked diligently with our time constraints and helped us with some of the hurdles we encountered with the buyers. I have and will continue to recommend Keith and Kinsey Schulz.
