Kevin is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with bar none. He knows real estate inside and out - starting with home improvements to increase sale value, to pricing and creating demand for your property ending with negotiation and the knowledge to successfully close a transaction. He is the best at what he does and his track record shows you that he knows how to sell or buy a property for clients in the most efficient manner. He is an expert in maximizing value for his clients and I never purchase or sell another property without him representing me.

Real estate transactions can be a stressful time but Kevin and his team did a fantastic job. The process was seamless from start to finish, Kevin kept us informed with hardly any input required from us. We felt that our home was very well priced compared to the market but Kevin's team found several qualified buyers and our home went for substantially over asking price. Kevin is a great guy to work with, and an excellent businessman. We feel privileged to have met him and will definitely work with him again.

My experience with Kevin was really amazing!!! I was having such a hard time getting my house ready to sell and doing all the maintenance work and everything, but he was able to help me take care of everything and sold my house at an amazing price and pretty quickly too! I am so grateful and lucky to have found Kevin and have the opportunity to work with him and his team. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking for anything in Socal, especially in the Downey area!
