Tom is great! So glad to have purchased our home with him. He doesn't typically work with buyers, but when he does, he puts a lot of time and effort into it. Tom is a great teacher and knows a lot about the area (Brentwood/Oakley/Discovery-Bay). He will take his time explaining the whole buying process and what is needed to move onto the next step. Thanks to his 21+ years of experience, he provided a lot of insight on pricing and gave great advise. He's very open to hearing your thoughts and adjusts based on what you are looking for. If you need a great realtor, look no further; I highly recommend Tom for your buying/selling needs.

From the first moment I spoke with Tom on the phone I noticed his confident sense of integrity and an honest demeanor that made it easy for me to ask questions and become more comfortable with the selling process. I'm a retired engineer, living a quiet life and had never sold a home before so I was nervous! The patience and understanding that Tom and his team employed helped me with my learning curve and motivated me to get the home on the market sooner than I thought possible. We used Tom to sell our home in Trilogy in July of 2021. He was very easy to talk to and we felt very comfortable to discuss our personal goals. No pressure to sign on the day he was over. Gave us his honest opinion on pricing. Discussed all options for the sale, including open house, staging, etc. Very knowledgeable about the market in Brentwood. After we signed a contract week or so later, he came up with an agreeable price. We sold in 3 days over the 4th of July weekend. Tom and his staff worked with us throughout the process including our move. Supplied us with some packing material too. Great professional team, and we highly recommend Tom and his staff.
