Super communicative, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. He was very creative with timing, food trucks, and made sure the home stood out during a time where a lot of homes on the market were not selling. I’m confident that Kevin will do an outstanding job for you. His assistant Jasmine was amazing to work with and was on top off everything. I cannot say enough great things about her as well. Kevin is a real estate professional that’s ahead of the curve. He understands the market, always comes prepared, and uses advanced marketing techniques most other realtors don’t offer. Highly recommend Kevin! He helped us buy our first home, and was great throughout the entire process. He was always responsive and was great about keeping us in the loop throughout the offer process, reaching out to the seller's agent to get as much information about competing offers as possible, and providing strategic advice on how to put together an attractive offer. In addition, our situation was unique; we ended up buying a home that was asking prospective buyers to waive all contingencies. Kevin helped us to line up all our necessary inspections in a whirlwind one week period before offers were due. In addition, each and every person that Kevin recommended we work with was great and we would have never been able to buy this home without his help!

Kevin and his team were solid throughout my purchase of a Venice condo. My sale was somewhat complicated, with considerable negotiation, inspection, and logistical details.
