Tatiana worked hard to find and show us options that met all of our criteria. She adjusted showings after we gave her feedback on each house. She noticed things (good and bad) about properties that we didn't. She spent a long time with us and even picked us up from the airport several times to drive us around to showings all day. When it came to actually buying the house, she worked hard to represent us in the best way possible and advocate for our needs. She gave us lots of advice based on her experience and local knowledge, and helped us navigate the process. After closing, she continues to help us get things in order to prepare for our relocation, move in, and house updates that we want to do. Tatiana and the rest of her firm have been a great resource to us in this process, including late night and off-hours texts and calls when needed to make things happen.

Kevin made this process very easy, his knowledge of strategies and the market were extremely valuable! I inherited a home with multiple owners, all of us with different wants and needs from the house, Kevin got us all to agree and move foreward as a cohesive unit! Any and all questions he had answers to, and if he didn't he found them and got back to yoy about it. Not only do you feel heard but you also feel calm about the whole process!
