I had worked with Kevin on the purchase of my property, and due to the stellar level of knowledge and service I knew that when it came time to sell the same condo, he was going to be my guy. Kevin walked me through his process, the marketing, the videos, photos, staging, etc. It was all industry leading. Then he approached me with a strategy to generate a LOT of interest, and it was risky in my mind. I trusted him, and he delivered as promised. I had a target sale price in my mind, and he was able to exceed that by over $50,000 wiht the final sale and it absolutely blew me away. Through the entire process he was always in touch, keeping me in the loop, and holding my hand through what can be a very stressful process. The entire transaction was seamless, and he really did provide me with that while glove concierge type of service. I have now bought and sold using Kevin and his team, and they have a client for life. Can't recommend him enough.
